Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled up to one day prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Same-day cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.

For any queries or changes, please reach out during our communication hours: between 11 AM and 7 PM.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, Fait Maison reserves the right to cancel and refund orders within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment.
Customers will be informed in advance should such a situation arise.
